1. Introduction
Welcome to Get Catalyzed. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Get Catalyzed's services. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Get Catalyzed is a digital marketing agency providing a range of services including Website Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.
3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services. Get Catalyzed reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not generally offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at hey@getcatalyzed.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Any refund consideration will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Get Catalyzed.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Get Catalyzed, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Client-owned assets remain the property of the client.
7. Limitations of Liability
Get Catalyzed will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Get Catalyzed in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Catalyzed, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
10. Modifications to Terms
Get Catalyzed reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
